Delivery Charges

At HerbalFitJourney, we offer free delivery on all orders over €89.

For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of €6.99 will be applied at checkout.

Once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Fast & Reliable Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

All deliveries are managed by our trusted courier partners, selected for their reliability, efficiency, and high service standards.

Order Processing

To ensure prompt delivery, orders are processed during normal business days.

Orders submitted before 12:00 PM are generally forwarded for fulfillment on the same day, while orders placed after this time are usually processed on the next business day.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Information

All shipments include tracking information, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their order at any time.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

Please ensure that all delivery details and selected products are correct before completing your purchase.
